For non-final sale items, we will refund money back into your original payment method if you return the product(s) within 14 days since the initial order date. We will refund money into your store credit if you return the product(s) within 30 days since the initial order date.
- The original shipping fee is not refundable. You must also pay the return shipping fee. You must use a traceable and insured shipping method.
- You must notify us of any damages on the product(s) within 3 days of receiving it, otherwise we will not accept the return.
- The product(s) must be returned in new condition with all, if any, tags still attached. You also cannot have washed or worn the product(s).
- Product(s) returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume or other stains on the product(s) will not be refunded.
- Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box it was received in and must be returned in an additional protective shipping box. If the original shoe box is damaged then it is not refundable.
- Accessories such as jewelry, sunglasses and hats can be returned if in new condition, but you cannot return accessories if they are categorized in the sale section.
- Cosmetics, intimates, bras, panties, camisoles, slips, tights, socks and sale/clearance items are final and you may not return or exchange them. Items purchased with a coupon code greater than 40% also may not be returned.
- The amount of money saved from a coupon code may not be refunded during a return.
After we have received your return, we will process your refund within 10-15 business days. We will notify you through e-mail when we have received your return and when we have sent the refund.
